Milestones Pediatrics

The Milestones Division of Cornerstone believes that timely access to specialized services is crucial to your child's development and is an important step to reaching milestones for success at home, school, and play. We offer experienced pediatric occupational therapists, who are skilled in the areas of assessment, consultation and remediation. By seeing your child in their own environment at home or school, we are able to provide sound opinions regarding your child's development level and recommendations for functional improvement.

Areas we address include fine and gross motor skills, printing and handwriting, self care(dressing, toileting), need for specialized equipment (e.g. pencil grip, bath seat), home/community accessibility and training and education. Improving your child's skills and independence helps increase self confidence and decrease frustration for the child and caregivers.
