Disability Case Management
Disability Case Management (DCM) facilitates the employment of persons with a disability though coordinated efforts by addressing individual needs, the work environment, company needs and legal responsibilities. A Cornerstone occupational therapist works directly with all players (i.e. family physician, employers, unions, work place supervisors, and other allied health professionals) to direct a successful return to work plan.
