A File Review provides a sound, experienced opinion regarding an individual's rehabilitation potential or progress.

It includes:

  • A comprehensive review of existing documentation and recommendations
  • Communication with treating professionals and/or the client, although this is not always necessary
  • A thorough and objective opinion regarding current and future rehabilitation needs
