Cornerstone provides community based rehabilitation services throughout Nova Scotia. Select services are also available in the Ottawa area. We specialize in practical solutions for improving function in your daily activities, preventing injuries at home and in the workplace, or assisting people to continue to live independently in their homes.

Whether you are a family member who is concerned about an aging parent or a lawyer who wishes to determine a client’s functional abilities, we are able to help.
The Transition
Our Cornerstone logo represents two trapeze artists in mid-flight – we see this flight as being the transition from a disability or illness to restored function. The trapeze artists symbolize trust, cooperation, fluidity, energy and, of course, challenge – qualities which we espouse as a company and aspire to in our clinical practice.

Cornerstone is able to provide services in both French and English, and we are happy to work with interpreters if you are not comfortable in either of those languages.
